One of the challenges faced by rural communities across Southwestern Ontario, involve creating equal access to education and training. As such, North Perth aims to create the North Perth Regional Technology and Skills Learning Hub. This hub will provide education and training opportunities for youth, the unemployed and underemployed and create a space where employers can provide world-class training for their employees. As a result of this investment, the Municipality of North Perth is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders for the design, provision and installation of AV Equipment to create a world-class learning space. This equipment will connect students in North Perth to both virtual and in-class learning opportunities. The equipment will be housed in the Elma Memorial Community Centre and will create seamless learning opportunities for students, instructors and participants.
