The Municipality of North Perth (the 'Municipality') is inviting proposals via a Request for Proposals (the ‘RFP’) from qualified and experienced consultants (the ‘Proponent’) to conduct a Space Needs Assessment for three (3) municipal offices located at: 330 Wallace Avenue North, 104 Wallace Avenue North, and the administrative portion of the building at 620 Wallace Avenue South all located in Listowel, Ontario.
