The Municipality of North Perth (Municipality) is soliciting Proposals from qualified proponents (Contractor) for the removal; hauling and disposal on agricultural fields of biosolids (sludge) from the North Perth Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 6115 Line 84, Listowel, ON N4W 0C8.
