The Municipality of North Perth (Municiaplity) is soliciting Tenders from qualified proponents (Contractor) to complete structural repairs at the Listowel Carnegie Library basement located at 260 Main Street West, Listowel, ON. The intent of the work is to return the floor to a level position, stabilize the structure, and complete restorations. 

Preservation of this Historically Designated facility is an important aspect of the project.
